The links above for Youth, Young Adult, and Higher Education Ministries are for connecting with the networks of these particular ministries in Province VIII. Province VIII is one of the nine provinces in the Episcopal Church. It comprises the western United States from the western side of the Rocky Mountains, the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and the Island of Taiwan. This huge geographic expanse comprises 36% of the land mass, 19% of the population of the United States and on fifth the surface of the earth. It is the only part of the Anglican Communion where the sun rises in the far east, the earth marks a complete circuit and sets in the far west of the same province. The dioceses of the Province contain the most demographically diverse population on the planet. The map to the right contains links to the dioceses of the Province.
